  He charge $3 for air for 1 wheel of bike.
  I asked I will do that, but he said he has to do it by himself, and pay $3 prior.
  
  In addition, I fixed rear wheel, actually changed whole wheel, tire and shaft include bearing. And I asked how I can adjust break.
  He said it's service, pay for fixed one first, and I asked again, but he said he can't tell me how I can adjust, but he has to do himself, and charge service fee for adjust break.
  It's not common sense.
