  Two stars because my fringe was messed up, one side very noticeably shorter than the other. If not for her mistake in my fringe, I'd give 3 stars for the entire service.
  - The haircut itself was quick and she appears quite experienced (although it doesn't explain why she'd mess up my fringe...).
  - If she listened well, took time to discuss with me how I'd like my hair to be, clarified the expectations, I'd give 4+ stars. I wish all Sydney hairdressers realise how important the pre-cut consultation is. It shows how much you care and how you'd like to help your customers to find the best hairstyle that not just suits them in your eye, but in their eye too.
  - hair wash was done by a young girl there. It was okay - my top did get wet, but I'd blame the chair.
